Danish Industry opens first Southeast Asia office in Ho Chi Minh City

On 15 September, Danish Industry (DI), Denmark’s largest business and employers’ organisation, officially opened its first office in Southeast Asia, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The new office marks a significant milestone for Danish business presence in Vietnam and reflects the growing partnership between Denmark and Vietnam. The initiative is seen as part of strengthening bilateral cooperation on trade, sustainability, and innovation.

With a direct presence in Vietnam, DI aims to enhance public–private collaboration, connect Danish and Vietnamese companies, and support vocational education programmes to match future demands for green growth and sustainable transformation.

The organisation also highlights its focus on promoting innovation, responsible business practices, and diversity and inclusion in the region. The Danish Embassy in Vietnam welcomed the opening and expressed its commitment to continue working closely with DI to deepen bilateral engagement and foster sustainable growth.
