Xing Hu, Partner, Criminal Practice and Compliance at DaWo Law Firm
Her experience is broad and encompasses a wide range of areas. For over a decade, she provides legal assistance to foreign companies and entrepreneurs in their investment and development in China. She has extensive experience representing clients in civil, commercial, and criminal litigations, including white-collar and corporate crimes. She also regularly advises clients on pre-dispute matters, strategic risk assessment, and control, compliance, and governance issues.
