Denmark’s embassy reminds Danes of new Thailand arrival card

The Royal Danish Embassy in Thailand has issued a reminder via Facebook that all Danish citizens entering Thailand from Wednesday 1 May 2025 must complete a new Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) prior to arrival.

The requirement applies to all points of entry — by air, land, or sea — and the digital card must be filled in no earlier than three days before arrival.

The TDAC can be submitted via the official portal: https://tdac.immigration.go.th/arrival-card

Danes who have questions about the new procedure are advised to contact the Royal Thai Embassy in Copenhagen: https://copenhagen.thaiembassy.org  – NOT the Danish Embassy in Bangkok.

A step-by-step video guide of the very simple and wellworking procedure is available on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QSEoVloM5A0

Only problem is that to find Denmark you have to go to “The Kingdom of Denmark” – yes, we are in Thainland! Why make it easy when you can make it complitated!!!
