The celebration of Lucia at Dusit Thani hotel in Hua Hin on December 13th attracted many visitors. 75 people had signed up beforehand to enjoy the Swedish Association’s Lucia-festivities and buffet. In addition hereto, another 30 persons joined – namely children, parents and teachers from the Swedish school, Sanuk. Also, many hotel guests and outsiders joined the festivities unannounced.
The event progressed really well. The children in the Lucia-parade performed exceptionally well and seemed to be having a wonderful time. Dusit Thani is already hoping to see the Lucia-parade becoming a tradition at the hotel.
The buffet offered at the event included Thai, Swedish and international cuisine – it was well composed and delicious. All guests enjoyed the vast selection of dishes and treats.
