The Finnish team, known as Joho Pyro Professional Fireworks AB, spectacularly performed their fireworks presentation for the first time in Danang International Fireworks Festival 2019 (DIFF) on Saturday June 15.

As a newcomer in DIFF 2019, Joho Pyro presented a spectacular fireworks presentation under the theme from Kalevala’s Lemminkäinen, a well-known hero from Finnish mythology.

As stated in DIFF’s website, Joho Pyro’s performance was so outstanding that it was described by some audience as “the most spectacular fireworks display in Vietnam”.

Entitled “Hero of the River”, Joho Pyro’s presentation consisted of hundreds of different fireworks launched into the skies along with the background sounds of rock, metal, and classical music.

“The Finnish pyrotechnic specialists created a fairy tale that took viewers through a full range of emotions from despair and sadness to sheer joy and eventually euphoria! Having won many of the spectators’ hearts, the team was declared a serious competitor for the crown this year,” DIFF praised the Finnish team on its website.

DIFF 2019 will run until July 6 in the namesake central, Vietnamese city where eight countries including Vietnam, Russia, Brazil, Belgium, Italy, China, the UK, and Finland will perform their firework show with the theme “Stories by The Rivers”.
