Finnish premium mineral water brand JÄÄDE is preparing to enter the Malaysian market. The company aims to tap rising demand for high-quality, health-focused beverages.

JÄÄDE is setting up a local office in Malaysia to support long-term growth. It plans investments in brand-building, partnerships and nationwide distribution.

The company is securing approvals from Malaysian regulators, including the Health Ministry. It is also applying to the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia for halal compliance.

Malaysia’s bottled water market is forecast to reach 522 million$ by 2032. Research and Markets expects annual growth of 5.7 percent from 2023.

JÄÄDE water is sourced and bottled in Finland from protected groundwater reserves. The water is naturally filtered through ancient glacial rock and produced under strict European standards. The brand seeks partnerships with distributors, premium retailers and hospitality groups across Malaysia. The expansion adds another Nordic consumer brand to Southeast Asia’s growing premium beverage market.
