First off, on Friday 11th of April, you can expect a relaxed get-together over free pizzas (courtesy of FBCB!).
You will have the chance to:

– Learn about the function and activities of Finnish Business Council and Young Professionals, about our events and how you can be a part of them.

– Get to know a couple of local Finnish professionals, who will tell us about what it is like to work as a foreigner here in China, and give tips for those of us interested in building a career here.

– Network with students from other universities, interns etc.

Outline (times approximate):
18.30 – 19.15: Grab a seat, mingle over pizza.
19.15 – 19.45: Introduction to FBCB and up-coming events
19.45 onward: “Working as a foreigner in China”, Q&A, free discussion

Venue: Take5 has been serving as the home-base for Finnish expatriates in Beijing for many years, hosting some more formal Finland-related events such as a celebration on Independence Day as well as the occasional Night of Finnish Karaoke.

Take5 is located just north of The Place (世贸天街, shìmào tiān jiē), only a 5 minute walk from Jintaixizhao subway station (line 10, Exit A).
