Hanh Ngoc Nguyen has been selected as Danish-Thai Chamber of Commerce’s new Executive Director (effective 11th February), the board has revealed.
Hanh is Danish, but of Vietnamese origin. After high school in Denmark, she graduated from Copenhagen Business School with a Bachelor in International Marketing and Business Language and a Master of Science in International and Industrial Marketing. She has also been exchange student in Barcelona and Vancouver.
Before coming to Thailand Hanh worked for two years as Operations Manager for Bang & Olufsen in Singapore, and then joined her husband, when he was transferred to Thailand in 2011, according to DanCham’s website.
“I am sure that you will find Hanh a very dynamic and enthusiastic new Executive Director, and please join the Board in welcoming her onboard. Hanh will introduce herself on our website, once she has joined,” reads a statement by Peter E. Romhild, DanCham’s president.
