From April 24 to 28 the Danish Queen Margrethe and Prince Consort will be on an official visit in China. The Danish Export Association “Exportforeningen” is co-arranging a high-level business delegation to accompany the Royal couple.
The Royal couple´s state visit is a great opportunity for Danish companies to raise their international profiles and to make a positive impression on the Chinese market, Ulrik Dahl, Director of Exportforeningen, said in a press release.
“A trip such as this can open doors, which are not usually easy for Danish companies. There will be opportunities to visit Chinese decision-makers from both government and industries and through that strengthening their existing business foundation in China or start up new cooperations”.
The programme for the business delegation focuses on Energy & Environment, Health & Life Sciences, Food & Agro, and Maritime Industry. For instance, there is a chance to participate in a conference on sustainable welfare or maritime activities in Shanghai on the last day of the visit.
The Danish Royale couple is expected to participate in parts of the programme that takes place in cities, such as Beijing, Nanjing, Suzhou and Shanghai.
