Swedish Alumni Network Thailand are inviting members to apply for an upcoming leadership training workshop titled “Building Trust and Embracing Diversity.” This exclusive program will select just 25 participants to explore inclusive leadership through hands-on activities and proven frameworks.
The workshop aims to strengthen leadership skills in an increasingly interconnected world, with a focus on Trust building – Enhancing collaboration and effective communication; Embracing diversity – Valuing different perspectives for stronger teamwork, and Team dynamics – Addressing common obstacles using The Five Dysfunctions of a Team model.
