Myanmar: Norway jointly conduct fishery survey

YANGON – Experts of Myanmar and Norway are jointly conducting fishery survey in Myanmar waters and exclusive economic zone, aimed at creating a long-term vision for the establishment of a national fishery research and management system, official media reported in April.

The fourth fishery survey, which will run until June 21, is being made on volume and types of fish stocks, said Deputy Minister of Livestock and Fisheries and Rural Development U Khin Maung Aye.
