Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin, the Danish owned Michelin-starred Thai restaurant at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, is launching a new menu starting from 1 February 2025.
The new menu – ‘Legends of the Lotus’ – offers three main cornerstones which are promoting sustainable agriculture and fisheries, showcasing Thai ingredients and offering diners the freedom to create their own experience.
Guests begin in the lounge with a selection of seven small bites, including soy-salted meringue with cashew, satay-flavored cream wafer, and sea snail kiss, designed to awaken the palate.
The main dining experience features six signature dishes, such as smoked fish soup ‘Tom Klong Pla Grob,’ scallop and cucumber salad with basil mayo, lobster cocktail with bisque foam, and duck breast with XO sauce. The meal concludes with a corn parfait and roasted coconut slurpee, inspired by Chef Henrik Yde-Andersen’s travels in Thailand.
Diners can choose between a three-course menu (THB 2,200++), a five-course menu (THB 3,800++), or the full experience at dinner for THB 4,600++, with optional wine pairings available.
