The Consulate General of Sweden in Hong Kong participated in the “World Best Chef Sustainable Table” event, hosted in Hong Kong on 4 – 5 May 2016. Four of the nine chefs preparing a sustainable dinner for approximately 100 people were Swedish! It says something about the Swedish culinary tradition. Swedish food is renowned worldwide for healthy and good quality products.
