The Embassy of Sweden in Beijing/CENTEC in cooperation with Business Sweden, SweHeat & Cooling and the Government Offices of Sweden’s secretariat for international environmental technology cooperation helped organized a one-week district heating roadshow to three cities in the north of China; Dalian, Shenyang and Harbin, last December.
Five Swedish companies joined the delegation, specialized in different products and services for the district heating sector.
The delegation was led by the Embassy of Sweden. In each city a seminar was set up in cooperation with local authorities and each company were able to present themselves and their solutions in the presence of local authorities, companies and universities.
SweHeat & Cooling held a highly appreciated presentation on the district heating development in Sweden, focusing on quality, efficiency and sustainability.
The delegation visited local district heating companies and power plants and got an insight into the city’s plans on investments and its challenges of today.
The joining companies thought the roadshow gave very good input to possible future business.
