On June 19, 2015 Swedcham Hong Kong (the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong) celebrated Swedish Midsummer with a delicious Swedish Midsummer menu at Wild Grass restaurant. The expected smorgasboard of snaps, herring, salmon and strawberries were served, complemented by songs and, of course, the May Pole!
