Finnish Valmet Automotive and RLE International, both leading service providers to the global automotive industry, have established their partnership further by setting up a new joint venture, which will incorporate Valmet Automotive (China) Inc. (100% shares of the wholly-owned transferred.
RLE Global Operations Ltd will be headquartered in the United Kingdom and as part of the agreement the Finnish company acquires a minority stake in this new operation, while RLE International will incorporate Valmet Automotive China Inc. into their international operations.
Valmet China, located in Shanghai, provides automotive design services, and specializes in sourcing, import and export of auto components. Through this strengthened partnership, the parties expand their position in the automotive design and auto component manufacturing markets.
This partnership with its global footprint and more than 1,500 engineers has the ability to provide a unique offering covering product development, simultaneous engineering, manufacturing engineering and manufacturing services. The partners can provide a flexible one-stop solution.
