Vietnam’s national team in three-cushion billiards advanced to the World Team Championship final after a 2–1 win over Sweden on 1 March 2026.

In the opening match, Vietnam’s Tran Quyet Chien beat Sweden’s Torbjorn Blomdahl 40–36 in three-cushion carom billiards.

Sweden levelled the tie when David Pennor edged Nguyen Tran Thanh Tu 40–38 in the second match.

The semi-final was decided by a scotch doubles shootout, where Vietnam won 15–7 to secure the overall victory. The final was scheduled for 10pm Vietnam time on 1 March.
