SCCC of Shanghai’s Networking Cocktail

Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China, in cooperation with the Swedish Club, invited their members to mingle at the fantastic Long Bar. According to the SwedCham of Commerce, 95 Swedes gathered for cocktails and mingle on Saturday evening 25 February.
The Long Bar at the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai was the venue of the evening. The venue is a throwback to both Shanghai’s and New York’s early 20th century cultural heritage: art deco and jazz. To take all guests way back to the 20th century all were encouraged to wear a hat. According to one of the participants at the event two hours was used on complementing each other on their tasteful choices of hats. More than 65 different hats could be seen on the event.
