Young Professionals Fast & Furious with Angry Birds

On Friday 27 April 2012, some 30 Finnish Young Professionals gathered at Stampede Carting, Asia’s largest indoor go-kart track with 5000 square meters, located in the basement of the Bai Lian shopping mall in Northen Shanghai. The Young Professionals got ready to press on the accelerator and testing their race driving qualities together with Finnish company Rovio.

Before heading out to the race track, the participants first enjoyed the engaging talk by Mr. Paul Chen, General Manager of Rovio Entertainment in China which is the hottest Finnish company in China at the moment.

Mr. Paul started out by giving a short presentation about their company.

Rovio started as a mobile game development studio in 2003. Today Rovio has grown to a well-known entertainment media company. In 2009, Rovio released Angry Birds, a casual puzzle game that became a worldwide phenomenon from 2010 onwards. Fueled by the worldwide chart success of Angry Birds games, Rovio is rapidly expanding its activities in new business areas.

Following the active Q&A session, the Young Professionals headed out to the race track and enjoyed the speed at the biggest go-kart track in Asia.
