Tra has been invited by his Finnish counterpart Defense Minister Seppo Kaariainen. The topics of discussion will encompass international and regional security matters, as well as cooperation in the defense industry between Finland and Vietnam.
Besides the official talks, Tra will meet with Finnish Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja, the Commander of the Finnish Defense Forces Juhani Kaskeala and parliament representatives.
Tra will also visit Finnish Patria, an internationally operating Aerospace and Defense Group, and the HQ of Nokia in Espoo.
