Scandic to Bangkok

The Scandinavian hotel chain Scandic is putting up a hotel in the Pratunam area of Bangkok, due to be ready by first quarter 2006.
     It will be a four star property over 34 floors and operated by Hilton International, which currently runs Scandic hotels.
     This is however not the first ever Scandic hotel in Asia.
     A Swedish entrepreneur in Phnom Penh has named his property Scandic and has a good hotel business going there.
