Akzo Nobel inaugurates plant in Ho Chi Minh City

Akzo Nobel’s business unit Decorative Coatings International has opened a plant in Dong Nai province in southern Vietnam.
     The inauguration 1 June was presided over by Akzo Nobel’s chairman Hans Wijers. This plant will help to boost Akzo Nobel’s market share in Vietnam in line with the business unit’s expansion targets for the Asia Pacific region.
     Decorative Coatings International has its headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden. The new plant was built within seven months. It is located at the Amata industrial park in Dong Nai, close to Ho Chi Minh City.
