Dantherm Filtration – the new name for the DISA Air Group – has formed a new commercial partnership with the Vietnamese cleaning equipment producer Tuong Minh.
Together the two partners will bring ventilation systems to the growing Vietnamese market and particularly to the booming furniture industry.
In the initial phase of the partnership, only a selected number of activities will be carried out in Vietnam. However, the long-term objective is to produce the entire solution locally.
The partners first met during DISA’s partner search in Vietnam in 2003. DISA found several candidates, but the good mutual understanding with Tuong Minh made them the right choice.
A powerful combination
DISA will assist its new partner by providing training and technology both for sales, system design, production and sourcing of components. This will enable the partnership to maintain the high quality DISA is known for worldwide. To accommodate the new production, the partners will set up a new workshop in Ho Chi Minh City.
DISA’s expansion in Vietnam makes it one of the increasing number of Danish companies, who are realizing the strong potential of combining Vietnamese cost advantages with Danish know-how.
