The DISA Air Group, a leading supplier of dust extraction equipment – with the well known Airmaster, Cattinair, BMD-Garant and Nordfab product brands – has a new name.
From July 1st 2005 the company will be known as Dantherm Filtration, following its acquisition by A/S Dantherm Holding on 1st Jan 2005 from A. P. Moller – Maersk A/S.
The former DISA Air Group and the Dantherm company Ventilatorverken will form a major new business unit to supply and install air pollution control and industrial air filtration products and solutions to a large number of industries.
The Group today has more than 30.000 systems installed worldwide. The Group has sales, service and production centres in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Poland, United States and Thailand and has more than 1.000 employees.
Dantherm is a long established Danish engineering group specialising in air handling equipment. Products include industrial process and commercial ventilation, cooling and dehumidification equipment and related services. The Group has some 2.800 employees worldwide.
Dantherm Filtration, will, as part of the expanded Dantherm operation, considerably enhance their product range and services. It will in turn benefit from the accumulated engineering experience of Dantherm and from natural synergies between the new partners.
The existing engineering, sales, service and contracting personnel will continue to serve the company’s customers worldwide under the new name of Dantherm Filtration.
