Finnish mobile-phone group Nokia said on Friday 9 September it has been chosen by Malaysian mobile operator Maxis to expand its third-generation radio network.
The value of the agreement is not disclosed.
Nokia will be providing network service in the Klang Valley and to Johor Baru, in southern Malaysia.
It will also provide a network to allow more advance mobile broadband services.
