Late last week Hoang Thach Cement Co., under Vietnam Cement Corp., signed a contract with Danish contractor FL Smidth to install its third production line worth 52.9 million euro and VND80 billion, the Vietnamese newspaper Lao Dong reports.
FL Smidth will provide Hoang Thach with designs, equipment, and technical services for the line, which will have annual capacity of 1.2 million tons and will be up and running in end-2008, raising the company’ total capacity to 3.5 million tons a year.
