President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono of Indonesia and his wife will make an official visit to Finland on September 12, according to a statement issued by the office of Tarja Halonen, the president of Finland.
President of Finland will receive President Yudhoyono at the Presidential Palace. The program will also include the laying of a wreath in Hietaniemi Cemetary, a meeting with Finland’s Prime Minister Matti Vanhanen, a visit to the Finnish Parliament, and a lecture at the Paasikivi Society.
Before the beginning of his official visit President Yudhoyono will take part in the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) in Helsinki on 10-11 September.
