Denmark Helps Thailand Investigate Bangkok Bomb Attacks

The Danish experts are helping Thai police forces analyze various surveillance camera tapes, confirms Anupong Paochinda from the Department of Special Investigation in Bangkok in an interview with the Thai newspaper The Nation.
The bombs went off on New Year’s Eve, killing three and leaving around 30 people injured – among these, at least eight were foreigners. The bombs exploded near a bus station and a shopping mall.
The motive for the crime has not yet been disclosed, but Thai police are still looking for the perpetrators with help from foreign experts. The FBI and the several Danish experts have been called in to see whether the video surveillance tapes could contain any pictures of the people who planted the bombs.
