Thailand is the most beautiful holiday destination

Thailand is the most attractive tourist destination in the world. More than 500 readers of the Norwegian travel magasine, Zine, have cast their votes and Thailand is the preferred holiday destination in front of other beautiful places such as Hawaii and The Maldives. The worst destination turned out to be the once-small-and-pretty-now-big-and-ugly town of Hurghada at the Red Sea Coast in Egypt. It came in even before war ridden Iraq, the second worst tourist destination – in the eyes of the Norwegians.
