The Asian Development Bank, ADB, did on Monday 17 February select a Swedish company for a USD 572 000 contract regarding second lower secondary education development in Vietnam. In the contest for another ADB project in Mongolia did the Swedish bid come second. The Swedish embassy in Manila will request a debriefing at the ADB regarding the Mongolian project to learn and improve when new bidders are invited for similar projects.
