Effective 1 July 2007, the Norwegian embassy in the Philippines will not accept cash for visa fee payment. Only MANAGER’S CHECKS payable to “The Royal Norwegian Embassy” shall be accepted. It should be drawn from any local bank nationwide except for rural and small banks with no branches in Makati City.
