Sweden and Vietnam to Carry Out Housing Projects for Low-income Earners

The Viet Nam Cooperative Alliance is coordinating with the Swedish Cooperative Centre to carry out housing programmes at lowest cost for its members.
The alliance said when joining the programme, cooperative members will be allowed to join in managing and making decisions related to the apartment buildings where they intend to buy.
Participants in the programmes are required to pay in advance part of the apartment value.
