A joint-venture project named Kieler Vietnam between Kieler Architecture Denmark and Nha Vui Architect supporting the architectural services in Ho Chi Minh City has been granted with a new Joint Venture License, the first large order of a five star-resort in Hue city and a new refurbished office building.
The company aims at offering high quality architect services of international standards and outstanding design based on the newest technologies to the local market. Those include hotel and resorts, residential accommodation, offices, industrial buildings, town planning, landscape and interior design and marinas.
Wining a contract to provide services to the Lang Co project concerning the development of a five-star resort is a remarkable achievement of the Kieler Vietnam because it is the first large order. In addition to this project, the company will serve for other large residential and commercial building projects in HCMC.
The company’s long-term perspective includes outsourcing jobs from Kieler Architect Denmark by handling part of design work for Danish and Western projects.
The office has recently been renovated and redesigned by Kieler architects with full equipment for all functional departments. This overall refurbishment offers the company staff with the best working environment and facilities.
