Thai-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce Appoints New Executive Director

On the 10th of June, the Thai-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce (TNCC) announced the future Executive Director of the TNCC in a press release. Starting her new job on August 1st of this year, Ingeborg Steinholt, 43, will succeed the current Executive Director of the Thai-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce as well as the Thai-Swedish Chamber of Commerce (TSCC), John Svengren, in overseing the tasks of the TNCC.
The location of the new TNCC was supposedly decided in May, but no confirmation as to the new whereabouts has been made yet.
The President of the TNCC board, Axel Blom, says that there are still a lot of things to sort out before the transition is completed. No further comments have been made at this point.
It has not been possible to get a comment from the new TNCC Executive Director, Ingeborg Steinholt, as she is currently on vacation in Scandinavia. The 43 year old mother of three recently moved to Thailand from Bangladesh along with her children and her husband, Frank Fodstad. Previously she has been working with the Norwegian Directorate for Immigration as a Higher Executive Officer, as well as working for the Norwegian Immigration Appeals Board. Her husband is working with Telenor Asia. 
Executive President of the TSCC / TNCC, John Svengren, has not yet met with his successor at the TNCC, but says that he is very much looking forward to doing so, when Ingeborg Steinholt returns to Thailand from her vacation.
The decision to end the cooperation between the TNCC and the TSCC was made at a TNCC board meeting in February of this year.
