Heavy rain has caused major floodings in northen and central Vietnam during the last week.
The weather forecast is predicting more rain during Thursday and Friday.
Some areas in Hanoi are still affected by the water masses in form of flooding and lack of electricity but most areas are now under control.
We still advise any Swedish citizens visiting or living in the affected provinces to use caution when visiting the countryside, mountains and areas around rivers and lakes.
Even if the weather stabilises, please be aware that some roads out in the country side has been completely damaged and that rice fields, rivers and lakes are still flooded.
