Plans underway for new Thai Buddhist temple in Sweden

The Thai Association in Dalarna, a province in the north east of Sweden, wants to locate a Buddhist temple in or close to the city Borlänge, reports local media in Dalarna.
An old school building that can be rebuilt has been singled out as the most attractive choice while a second option is to construct a new temple.
Stockholm has the only Thai Buddhist temples in Sweden so far, while Ragunda hosts a Thai pavilion honouring King Chulalongkorn´s visit there 1897.
