The Ambassador of Sweden Mr Rolf Bergman celebrated Easter Evening with six of his colleagues by attending the Ambassadors’ Cooking Contest at an Italian restaurant in downtown Hanoi. This was a charity contest, which gathered the Ambassadors from Belgium, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Pakistan and Sweden.
The Italian salmon with “Swedish touch” prepared by the Swedish Ambassador was highly recognised by most of the clients at the restaurant. However, the worthy winner was the German Ambassador with his Apple Strudel.
The event was also covered by many newspapers and television channels in Hanoi.
