Mr. Per-Arne Hjelmborn, the new Ambassador has assumed his new position in Malaysia on 2nd August 2010.
Ambassador Hjemborn has a long experience from the foreign service. He has been posted in Santiago de Chile and Madrid as well as served at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in different divisions. His most recent posting was as Minister at the Swedish Embassy in Beijing where he was Minister and Head of the section for Economic Affairs.
