Quang Nam and Ha Giang provinces have been officially selected to implement a USD 6 million pilot rural energy program funded by the Swedish International Development Agency, reports Voice of Vietnam.
The program runs to 2008 and will strengthen fairly priced sustainable energy supply to farmers.
