Forhåndsstemming i forbindelse med Kommunestyre- og Fylkestingsvalg 2011 kan foretas på Det Kongelige Norske Konsulat i Pattaya i perioden 1. juli til 26. august.
Stemmene mottas under konsulatets åpningstider:
Mandag 09.00 – 11.30 og 14.00 – 17.00.
Tirsdag 09.00 – 11.30.
Fredag 09.00 – 11.30.
