The owner of Saab Automobile, Swedish Auto- mobile is now preparing a new issue. This according to a press release. The new issue is the second one in two weeks. The previous one was made in the beginning of August. This time’s new issue consist of four million shares. The buyer is the same is two weeks ago: the investment fund GEM Global Yield Fund Limited.
– In this way, we quickly secure a new financial base for the company, says Gunilla Gustavs, spokesperson for Saab Automobile to news agency TT.
The price of the shares is decided by the average value of the stocks during a two-week period. When the Amsterdam Stock Market closed on Friday, the Swedish Automobile share was worth 1.081 euro. If that value remains, the second new issue is worth SEK 37 million.
