Foreign investment creates jobs and growth in Sweden. For the third consecutive year, investment promoters from all over Sweden will meet in Stockholm for a conference on foreign investment organized by Invest in Sweden on 24 August.
Participants will include some 30 representatives from 16 regional investment promotion organizations from Sweden, all working with Invest Sweden to attract foreign companies to establish themselves in Sweden or seek cooperation with Swedish companies.
Among other things, Invest Sweden and the regional representatives will discuss and plan how to succeed in matching investment opportunities all over Sweden with foreign investors.
“It has been shown to be a meeting format that works and is here to stay,” says Börje Svanborg, head of regional collaboration in the Invest in Sweden.
“It is a creative way to have an open and constructive discussion about our common future in terms of the investment promotion work.
