The Swedish Ambassador in Cambodia, Anna Maj Hulgaard, gave a speech at The Norton University in Phnom Penh on February 28. The talk centered around the importance of freedom on the internet.
The Swedish Embassy and The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, have been very active lately discussing issues such as corruption, education and how to engage the Cambodian people in society issues.
