On Friday 23 June, H.E. Ambassador Kjetil Paulsen attended a certificate presentation ceremony at Bumgrungrad hospital in Bangkok. The hospital is the first hospital in Asia and the first hospital outside North America to be certified to DNV GL’s Managing Infection Risk standard.
The area of risk prevention and control is becoming more important than ever before. The Norwegian company DNV GL has therefore developed the Managing Infection Risk standard, a methodology and approach that is aligned to current best practices in modern safety management.
Certification by DNV GL, a world leading certification body, is a key step towards strengthening Bumrungrad’s reputation as leading in the field of managing infection risk.
