Recently, Mikkel Beha Erichsen and his wife Marian Midé and their three grown up children have been sailing North up along the Norwegian west coat as far as they could get towards the permanent ice of the north pole and the Svalbard group of islands in their expedition ship Wallenberg. The members will go along on this trip to see the challenges, the family faced when the sea got rough or when they had to dive in the ice cold waters.

The family visited Singapore in May 2016 as one of their final destinations on their trip around the globe in their sailing boat Havana. From Singapore, their boat was shipped by Maersk to Marocco and from their to Rotterdam from where the family sailed the last stretch back to Copenhagen – three years after they departed Denmark.
