Denmark helps Myanmar people with water access

Denmark supports the organisation Solidarités International (SI) which has an important impact on people’s life in Myanmar Dry Zone through the management of water resources and the development of home gardens, writes the Danish Embassy in Myanmar on its website.

“Over 2,000 households are expected to increase their access to improved water sources and 330 households are benefitting from gardening and cash based interventions.Denmark also supports SI’s work in Chin State where the farmers are supported with seeds, tools and technical support,” it says.
