Enelift is the new name for the Danish lifting solutions provider for the energy industry until recently known as Global Offshore. With the name change comes ambitious expansion plans that will see the company invest “a seven-figure sum” into its operations and establish new support hubs in Singapore, Dubai, Perth, Houston and the Caspian over the next six months.
Operating from its bases in Esbjerg, Denmark and Aberdeen in UK, Enelift was founded by 35-year industry veteran and Managing Director Paul Brebner 10 years ago under the Global Offshore name.
The company offers its Hinge Lock technology, which provides aluminum, non-welded light weight transportation cradle for casing and tubing.
Enelift now plans to enhance its offering further by augmenting its existing solutions with robotics and remote operational and training technology, the company said.
To bolster its expansion plans, Enelift has appointed Jim Clark of the Craigendarroch Group as Chairman, and Adam Maitland as Non-Executive Director. Maitland is the Managing Director of Hutcheon Mearns IF.
