The Embassy of Denmark in the Philippines and the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Manila have joined as advocacy partners for the Energy Smart Forum 2025, organised by the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP).

The annual forum serves as a key platform for dialogue between policymakers, industry leaders, and energy experts, focusing on the country’s transition towards a sustainable and resilient energy future. By joining the initiative, Denmark and Norway underline their strong commitment to promoting renewable energy and green innovation in Southeast Asia.

Both Scandinavian countries have extensive experience in wind power, hydropower, and other renewable solutions, and their participation is expected to contribute valuable knowledge to the discussions on shaping the Philippines’ energy landscape.

The forum will take place on 28 August 2025 at Dusit Thani Manila.
