In relation to the climate topic, Ulla Blatt Bendtsen, from the Danish Energy Agency, visited the Danish Embassy in Vietnam and relevant Vietnamese partners last week.

“Vietnam is willing to embark on a green growth pathway. We have a long history with this in Denmark and in cooperation with the Vietnamese government, we are here to share this experience with institutions and companies. Right now, we are helping to set up a fund to assist small and medium scale industries reducing energy consumption and emissions”. says Ulla Bendtsen.

The total budget for this programme here in Vietnam is USD 11 million and it will be implemented over a period of three years.
