The agreements signed during the State Visit are the fruits of the increasingly deep, existing cooperation between China and Denmark. The agreements secure the further development of already well-known Chinese-Danish cooperation areas such as renewable energy and energy efficiency, health and pharma, food and shipping.

However, these agreements also aim to increase cooperation in a wide field of areas such as tourism, development cooperation, investments, renewable energy, as well as land reform, food, finance, green shipbuilding and strategic city cooperation. In addition, the agreements signed during the State Visit also include new areas of cooperation within export credits and other areas of financing of benefit for bilateral commercial cooperation.
